Il nuovo inverter IMO Jaguar NXG (Next Generation) rappresenta l’evoluzione tecnologica della storica gamma Jaguar di IMO Precision Controls, riprogettata per le esigenze dell’Industria 4.0.

Le sue caratteristiche principali includono:

  • Prestazioni di Controllo Elevate: Gestisce sia motori asincroni tradizionali sia motori sincroni a magneti permanenti. Utilizza la tecnologia Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), offrendo una coppia di spunto che raggiunge il 200% a soli 0,5 Hz e una risposta di coppia fulminea (inferiore a 10 ms).

  • Dual Rating (Doppia Classe di Lavoro): Gestisce sia applicazioni gravose (Heavy Duty, coppia costante come nastri trasportatori o gru) con sovraccarichi fino al 180%, sia applicazioni standard (Normal Duty, coppia variabile come pompe centrifughe o ventilatori).

  • Sicurezza Integrata di Livello SIL3: Include nativamente la funzione STO (Safe Torque Off) a doppio canale, certificata SIL3 / PL e / CAT 3, eliminando la necessità di contattori elettromeccanici esterni a monte per il sezionamento sicuro.

  • Connettività e Porte All-In-One: Oltre al protocollo Modbus RTU (RS485) di serie, supporta una scheda di comunicazione opzionale unica “all-in-one” che integra quattro dei principali protocolli Ethernet industriali: PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT e Modbus TCP. È dotato anche di una porta USB Tipo C integrata per una rapida configurazione.

  • Design “Slimline” Compatto: Il formato a libro (bookshelf design) riduce lo spazio occupato nel quadro elettrico e permette il montaggio affiancato a zero spazio (side-by-side) in ambienti sotto i 40°C.

  • Funzioni Speciali Standard: Integra un’unità di frenatura dinamica e la modalità Fire Mode (modalità antincendio) di serie per applicazioni di ventilazione/estrazione d’emergenza.

  • Gamma di Potenze: È disponibile con alimentazione monofase 230V (da 0,2 a 4 kW), trifase 230V (fino a 15 kW) e trifase 400/480V (da 0,4 a 22 kW).

The IMO I3AX/BX is an all -in-one industrial control device. It combines control, user interface, I/O and networking into a single, integrated package. Unique features of the I3AX/I3BX include:
 
• Bright, graphical LCD display (in i3AX) (with touch sensing in i3BX)
• Display of complex graphical objects including trends, gauges, meters and animations
• Advanced control capabilities including floating point, multiple auto-tuning PID loops and stringhandling capabilities

• Clone Unit allows the user to “clone” the i3 controller of the exact same model. This feature “clones” application program
and unit settings stored in Battery backed RAM of an i3 controller. It can then be used to clone a different i3 controller (exact same model)

Many of the features found in more high-end controllers are available in our i3 controller. The i3 utilizes a sunlight readable backlit touchscreen (good for dark and sunlight), physical keys for buttons, and a strong graphical user interface which deeply integrates the HMI into the control system. Essailec Test blocks have been especially designed to fit the electricity Utilities requirements for safe and reliable testing. Essailec allows the testing, without any circuit break, of meters and protective relays installed in the current transformers and voltage transformers secondary circuits. Essailec has been approved by major Utilities and has been successfully implemented for years in worldwide electricity production, transport and distribution networks

Applications :
• Measurement, current or voltage injection, repair, device replacement.
• Current testing without cutting the energy supply.
• Voltage testing with the possibility of cutting or not the energy supply to the device according to the voltage sockets implemented.
• Simultaneous testing of 1 to 4 independent circuits on the same socket.
• The test plug can also be connected continuously to the socket in order to supply current or voltage to secondary circuits sub assemblies.

Essailec Socket:
The Essailec socket is installed in the circuit and wired to the device to be tested during its
installation or its servicing. The use of the cover is strongly recommended in order to prevent unauthorized access.
The sockets are available in the following designs:
– Socket with “make before break” contact design, available in the Current and Voltage ranges.
– Socket with “opened” (“break before make”) contact design, available in Voltage range.
– Socket with “closed” contact design, available in Voltage range

The plug is connected on its other extremity to the test equipment. For testing, the cover is removed and replaced by the test plug.
The test plugs are available in the following designs:
– 2×4 poles plug: allows the testing of 4 current or voltage circuits.
– 4 poles plug: allows the testing of 4 voltage circuits.
– 2 poles plug: allows the testing of 1 current or voltage circuit

Test accessories and prewired plug
The Essailec range offers a wide range of test accessories as well as prewired plugs with
the following test accessories wired on its test equipment extremity:
– Security bayonet test plug (bayonet locking mechanism in the test equipment for maximized security during the testing).
– Ø 4mm IP20 test plug.
The security test plugs can be connected together with the use of two accessories: straight and H adapters. The purpose of these two accessories is to offer extra test configurations with the prewired plug.
